Fog rolls into Bendigo June 23
If you ever want to see Bendigo in a completely different light, wait for a thick night fog. Last night, after wrapping up our regular Camera Club meeting at Lake Weeroona, the weather threw us a perfect photographic gift. The mist was heavy, the air was crisp, and I knew the CBD would be a goldmine for moody, high-contrast night photography.
The city became a playground of diffused light, long shadows, and glowing architecture. I spent an hour roaming the streets, shooting until just past 10:00 PM to capture the stillness of the night. The interaction between the historic buildings and the heavy fog created some incredible visuals that you just don't see every day. I’ve put together a gallery of almost 50 of my favorite shots from the night—grab a warm drink and take a look below!
