Bendigo Bricks 2026 - Celebrating 10 years
This weekend, I headed down to the Bendigo Exhibition Centre for Bendigo Bricks 2026, and it’s easily one of the most impressive years yet. Celebrating a decade of bringing together the best LEGO® builders from across Victoria, the 10th-anniversary show features over 160 unique displays that prove there is no limit to what you can do with a few thousand plastic bricks.
While the sheer scale of the cityscapes and technical builds is mind-blowing, the movie and TV-themed displays stole the show for me. It’s a nostalgic trip through the screen, recreated in perfect 1:12 scale (or smaller!).
Some of the absolute highlights included:
The Raptor Pen (Jurassic Park): A terrifyingly detailed build that captures all the tension of the 1993 classic. You can almost hear the "Clever girl..." line just looking at it!
The Iconic "Impala" (Supernatural): Seeing "Baby" in brick form was a treat for any Winchesters fan.
The Movie Car Lineup: It was like a miniature Hollywood garage with the DeLorean Time Machine (Back to the Future), KITT (Knight Rider), and the Ecto-1 (Ghostbusters) all looking ready for action.
The Gallery
Check out the gallery below to see some of my favorite shots and videos from the floor. If you're in Bendigo this weekend, it’s definitely worth the $10 entry to see these masterpieces in person!
The Video
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but a video really shows the scale of what these builders have achieved at Bendigo Bricks 2026. I put together this short clip to give you a front-row seat to some of the most cinematic builds on the floor this weekend.
