Milk and spinning tops / by Joel Bramley

For a while I've wanted to capture liquid and milk in water seemed like a good start. For a quick test I grabbed something dark (cookie tray) so I'd have good contrast between the milk and the background. All shots hand held and under the kitchen down lights. I'll have to do some research on how to set this up for a future attempt.

The same night I got a few shots of a spinning top that lights up and plays music whist spinning. Exposures are between 2-4 seconds and a tripod was used.

The top got stuck in the grout between tiles.

Spinners launch handle got in the way causing a silhouette.

Finally a wattle tree just outside my place that looks good in the sun.
