Road trip / by Joel Bramley

Something I try not to do is take photos whist in a moving car, most shots just don't work; and for me sadly there is usually a time limit on travelling, so no unnecessary stops. However sometimes there are scenes that I'd love to capture such as the below shot of Mt Macedon covered in clouds so I ignore this rule of mine and take photos anyway. The shot below was taken through the front wind shield (it helps when its clean and with a little zoom to get the glass more out of focus).  If it was up to me, travelling anywhere would take quite a bit longer as I would be stopping all the time to get some shots.
